The IT Department has a Service Desk which provides 1st level support for all IT incidents, service requests and general enquiries.

The IT Service Desk is located on level 2 ANG Haus in Port Moresby and is available 17 hours a day from 04:00 to 21:00, 7 days a week.

IT uses a service desk product called Heat. Heat is available for staff to raise service requests and common incident types, and for staff to monitor the progress of these items, or to view the history of matters raised in the past.
