We are responsible for driving changes within the organization; with a view to bringing about efficiency, enhanced productivity, accountability and cost effectiveness and in doing so, embracing challenges and commitments that lie ahead to move Air Niugini forward.

  • We play a key role in helping projects (change initiatives), meeting business, schedule and budget objectives.
  • We focus on the people-side of change - including change to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures.
  • The primary focus will be creating and implementing change management plans that minimize employee resistance and maximize employee engagement and commitment.
  • We work to drive faster adoption, greater ultimate utilization and higher proficiency in the changes impacting employees in the organization, such that business results are achieved.
