STAFF SUGGESTION PROGRAM

 

Employee suggestions and ideas drive employee engagement and improve employee motivation. It creates a more productive and satisfying work environment. Air Niugini believes it should not ignore and therefore values the untapped ideas and suggestions of its employees who know their job better than any expert.

Employee suggestion program has proven as a way of capturing ideas from staff to improve productivity, cut down costs, identify revenue generating ideas and drive improvements from the bottom of the organization to the top. The program will improve company bottom lines as well as create a high level of motivation and enthusiasm from within the workforce. The program has been used by many organizations with proven results.

Employees are invited to participate in this program by providing ideas/suggestions that may contribute to costs savings or generate revenue for the company.

Employees whose suggestions realize savings and or generate revenue will be acknowledged and rewarded accordingly by the company. The rewards will be in various forms depending on the value of the savings or revenue raised through the implementation of their suggestions.

Management values the contributions and participation of all staff on this program.

A suggestion box is provided under the VEP Initiatives for those who wish to participate.
