PASSWORD SHARING

Notice to All Staff,

It has come to management attention that staff are sharing passwords with fellow colleagues to access respective Air Niugini Systems where they do not have access, this practice must stop immediately effective today 5^th January 2016. Sharing of passwords increases the exposure for fraudulent practices.

Any staff caught sharing passwords to allow fellow colleagues to access relevant systems will face disciplinary action.

Should you require access to relevant Systems as per your job requirement please complete the IT System Access form, have it signed off by your respective Manager and GM and forward to IT to grant access.
