New Copiers for Air Niugini

Fuji Xerox PNG was selected late last year to replace the copier / printer fleet for Air Niugini.  We have selected several multi-function devices (MFD’s) for this purpose.  A MFD is a machine that has printing, copying, scanning and facsimile functions.

Following a period of testing, the roll-out of the MFD’s has now commenced in POM.  Below is the current schedule for this roll-out.  Dates for outports and other locations not listed will be advised soon.

The new print solution has improved capability for usage reporting and centralised management.  Due to this all staff will be required to use their PX ID card to log into a machine to collect print jobs or access other features.

A basic introduction will be provided to staff as the machines are rolled out, including registering each staff member onto the system.  A user guide will also be published soon on PXConnect.
