AS PER EMAIL COPY BELOW, OUR INSURER (PAG) HAS ADVISED THAT THEIR ACCOUNT WITH PARADISE PRIVATE HAS BEEN PLACED ON HOLD WHILE THEY SORT

THE PAYMENTS OUT. AS A RESULT, MEMBERS WILL NOT BE ABLE TO UTILISE THE 20% / DIRECT BILLING AT PARADISE PRIVATE HOSPITAL UNTIL FURTHER ADVISE

Dear Valued PAG members,

We regret to advise that the our PAG  account at Paradise Private Hospital has been placed on a temporary suspension . Due to lodgement of their  invoices being sent 3 months late,

our team is working overtime to clear the large volume.

Unfortunately, this has resulted in ALL our PAG members being denied access to direct billing services at this Provider until this back log is cleared.

We  sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. Kindly advise our  PAG members to utilize our other PAG clinics within the NCD PPN until further notice.
