IT UPDATE

All work files you wish to keep should be stored on Network Drives. These drives are backed up daily so data will not be lost. By saving on your Desktop or Laptop “C” Drives you risk data being lost or corrupted. If you work remotely IT can assist by setting up network drives that can be saved to when working offsite or offline.

By using network drives you can share information with your colleagues and if confidential you can still protect data through use of passwords and security access (ask IT how to do this if you don’t know).

The above also applies for Emails – if important save them on Network Drives.
